CurioWanderer was born from the passion of two avid explorers who, combined, have journeyed across almost 100 countries on all seven continents. We first crossed paths in our youth during an overseas summer camp, unaware that fate would reunite us years later, bound by our shared love for authentic experiences and cultural connections.

Hi, this is Jenny!
Learning about different cultures has always been a passion of mine, and traveling is the perfect way to immerse myself in them. This passion was ignited when I first saw a globe as a child growing up in Taiwan. Since then, I’ve traveled extensively, both professionally and personally, to experience diverse ways of living, which has greatly enriched my perspective. In particular, I’ve come to deeply appreciate that, no matter where we are from, we share more similarities than differences and all strive to live purposeful and peaceful lives.
This realization inspired me to create CurioWanderer, a platform where I can share these experiences with you, fostering a world where different ways of life are respected and embraced. Join me in discovering, connecting, and celebrating our shared humanity through travel.

My wanderlust began at age five on an international trip to visit relatives. And boy, did that innocent little jaunt open a can of worms. Before I knew it, I was hooked on the thrill of discovery, addicted to the rush of history and new cultures.
Fast forward a few decades, I was huffing and puffing up the Inca Trail, dragging myself to the top of Kilimanjaro, and even pitching a tent on one endless Antarctic day. Not your average holiday snaps, right?
As my friends started calling me their personal “Lonely Planet”, I realized I might be onto something. Could I turn this globe-trotting obsession into helping others travel? It seemed crazy, but hey, so did camping in Antarctica. And just like that, CurioWanderer was born. Who says you can't make a career out of getting lost?
